I also snack on fruit or yogurt or chicken, turkey or ham slices. And I walk 60 to 80 minutes 5 days a week. Again….. THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!!!!

Why not just eat a green smoothie and eat all organic whole foods? I use one avacado,1.5 bannas, one apple,2 tsp of cacao, large handful of kale.1/2 vanilla bean, tsp spirolina or afa algae,1 tsp maca and Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon.
fill up large mason jar 2/3 for before and after workout regimen

  17. myksgrl says:

First off your not my friend, you are probably someone looking for health advise to fix the mistakes of your health problems that you have put on yourself. Second the number “2″ has nothing to do with the amount of protein I consume in this shake, see you like to focus on little thing but avoid the message, which shows why you are probably in your unhealthy state. Also you use the word integrity try understanding what that mean b4 using it, it’s clear that you are dumb but why show to the world

  18. gcaracci says:

My friend, pull up your pants and I would take you more seriously. Also you say protein is overrated but yet use two scoops of the stuff. Come on. Show some integrity.

  19. BangWhosNxt says:

I don’t understand how that has so many calories… Also, did you go completely vegan? IMO, for strength training, protein is overrated and fat is underrated! Would this shake be best served at PWO?

  20. shylildude says:

do you have a recipe that’s light in calories?

  21. FabricsNThings says:

where did u buy that acai from/?

  22. youngbruce7 says:

wat can i use besides coconut water?

  23. boxing1000 says:

Hey Mike, in your opinion ist the Acai really something that helps fat loss a great deal?Your replie would be apreciated, thanks.
